Chef de Patrie
Experience is necessary for these positions.
Duties include but are not restricted to: running sections, preparing food and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
Live-in accommodation can be provided if necessary.
Casual Function Bar Team Members
Experience preferred but not essential. Would suit a student. Must be available weekends and evenings. Must be self starter that is used to working under pressure in a busy environment.
Must be 18 years or over.
Restaurant Team Members
We are seeking full/part time permanent restaurant staff to join our team at The Lodge.
Experience preferred but not necessary as full training will be given.
The Assistant Manager role is covering maternity leave for a year. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across the hotel.
Duties include managing stock in our bar, placing orders, increasing beverage sales, training staff, working with suppliers to keep up to date with new products and trends, and creating new and exciting drinks and cocktails!
We are seeking a hands on housekeeping supervisor to help maintain the highest of standards across the hotel. Responsibilities include managing stock, rota’s and managing a small team.
Housekeeping Team Members
We are seeking individuals to join our team at The Lodge. No experience required. Must be able to work weekends and work under their own initiative.
