Frequently Asked Questions

    • Daytime Ceremony & Reception: Up to 110 guests.

    • Evening Celebration: We can host up to 130 guests for your evening festivities.

    • We offer a discounted allocation of 10 bedrooms for your wedding party and guests. These rooms are held exclusively for your event and can be booked directly through our reservations or events team, you will be suppled with a rooming list upon booking, please see the “Bedrooms” tab for all the terms, conditions and details. 

    • Enjoy exclusive use of our private, 3 storey Cobbleheugh House with its own garden and stunning views of the river and surrounding countryside. It has 6 en-suite bedrooms, a snug and a large lounge/dining room perfect for your pre-wedding gathering the night before and the bridal party getting pampered the morning of the wedding.     • Additional meetings should be arranged at 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month before your wedding date.

    • Our coordinators is available for email and phone consultations throughout your planning journey.

    • Initial Deposit: Due at the time of booking to secure your date along with a signed contract.

    • Second Payment: 50% of the total balance is due 6 months before your wedding.

    • Third Payment: 35% of the total balance is due 3 months before your wedding.

    • Final Balance: Due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
