Executive Chef Paul Grant and his team work with the seasons to produce menus that reflect what is available each month of the year from our local marketplace.
Our Restaurant Supervisor, Nelson, and his colleagues are here to look after you with top-notch service with a smile.
Our bar is a welcoming place to enjoy a drink or a meal. In winter, cosy up to our log-burning fires. In summer, we fling open our doors to the Sitooterie and our beautifully coloured sun brollies give you the chance to enjoy dining outside in the dappled shade with the sound of the river rushing by.
