Duty Manager (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Duty Manager (Food & Beverage) to join our team here at Banchory Lodge. This is a very busy F&B operation, with casual dining in our bar and restaurant, plus our fabulous Sitooterie in summer. With additional dining space for over 100 guests in our function suite, used primarily for weddings and a wee private dining room, we have a lot going on! We love to provide great customer service making our guests feel welcome and relaxed at all times, so if you have a passion for great service, great food and have the leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop an enthusiastic team, then we want to hear from you!

Working in an operational role the right candidate will enjoy working under their own initiative and lead by example. With strong restaurant and banqueting experience, they will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of service and events, team training, stock control, placing orders and upholding hotel standards. We have a brilliant team here at the Lodge, are proud of the fantastic food we serve, and can’t wait to welcome a new duty manager to complete the restaurant team.
