Housekeeping Assistant

This is a fabulous opportunity to join the small housekeeping team in a unique 4* hotel in a full time role that is hands-on, and also allows you to demonstrate and develop your leadership and organisational skills. Working closely with the head housekeeper, you will help to lead the team in providing a consistently high standard of presentation, cleanliness and comfort in the guest bedrooms and public areas. In the manager’s absence you will deputise, taking ownership of the standards, schedules, inventory and management of the team.

For this role you will need experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team, attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Working knowledge of Rezlynx or similar hotel PMS will be an advantage.
